Confirm the fuel first

Tell us whether the vehicle takes gasoline or diesel, plus any specific requirement listed by the manufacturer. Never guess. Give us the vehicle year, make and model, and say whether the engine stopped while you were driving.

What we confirm before dispatch

We go over the available fuel quantity, the delivery charge, the fuel cost, and access to your location. Fuel delivery is roadside assistance, not a guarantee that another mechanical issue will be resolved.

For fleets and heavy-duty vehicles

Tell us your unit number, vehicle class, tank location, and whether dispatcher approval is needed. If a diesel vehicle needs a manufacturer-specific restart procedure, that may take additional assistance.
