Information you choose to send
Contact and fleet forms collect the details you provide, such as name, contact information, service location, vehicle or fleet details, your message, and any tire photos you attach. We use those details to respond to your request and discuss service. Do not include payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information.
Delivery and service providers
Form requests are processed by the website server and sent to sales@anysizetire.com through our configured transactional email provider, Resend. The website is hosted on Fly.io. Hosting and email providers process technical and request data needed to operate their services. Submitted messages and attached photos remain in the business mailbox and provider records according to their settings and business needs. Photos are sent as email attachments and are not published on the site.
Browser storage and technical data
The tire finder temporarily keeps tire-search selections in session storage so they can be carried into the quote form. Contact details and photos entered in the form are not stored by this feature. Selected photos stay in the open page until you submit the form or leave it. The browser resizes photos and creates JPEG copies before sending, without copying embedded location metadata. The application does not save uploads to disk. The site uses temporary server-side request counts to limit abuse. The application does not intentionally log form contents. Hosting services may keep ordinary access and diagnostic logs.
External services and links
Vehicle model lists come from NHTSA’s vPIC service. The website sends only the selected year and make ID to that service, without your contact details or location. The service-area map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. It does not request your device location. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Social links, technical references, and retailer price-source links lead to external sites with their own privacy practices. This site does not include advertising trackers or embedded social feeds.
Your choices
Use the call or text links if you prefer not to submit the form. You can ask about your inquiry information or request its deletion by emailing sales@anysizetire.com. We will assess requests in light of applicable recordkeeping obligations.
