A few details before your visit help us arrive prepared. You do not need a workshop, just an agreed work location and the information relevant to your vehicle.
Confirm the location
Provide the street address or exact roadside location. Include gate codes through the agreed direct contact channel, parking restrictions, clearance limits, and the best on-site contact. For a workplace or storage facility, check that service work is permitted there.
Prepare the vehicle details
Send year, make, model, trim, full tire markings, and the number of tires needed. Tell us about wheel locks, aftermarket wheels, lifts, dual wheels, or different front and rear sizes. Have the locking wheel-nut key available.
Agree on the scope
Confirm the exact tire and whether it’s new or used. Review the mobile visit and installation charges, including disposal and applicable taxes. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking until we agree on the service and timing directly.
Give us the repair history
For a flat, mention driving while low or flat, sealant use, previous plugs, and impact damage. For TPMS concerns, describe the warning and recent work.
Urgent changes?
If the location changes or the situation becomes urgent, call or text (925) 252-5397. Do not rely on an email message being seen immediately.
General guidance does not replace inspection or the instructions for your specific tire and vehicle.
